Sanofi are offering the opportunity once again for an undergraduate to join on a year long placement to join the PV team and support the day-to-day activities for the UKIE function. Main responsibilities
- Provide effective technical and administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance team
- Processing of accurate day to day PV data and ensuring company and regulatory timelines are met
- Perform/prepare when applicable monthly reconciliations, track team training, and update electronic folders
- Assist filing, writing of letters, archiving files, etc
- Ensuring that all processes and data are kept in an inspection and audit ready condition at all times
About you
- Currently in university education and will be at the time of starting the placement in Summer 2025 e.g. will not be completing degree and then starting the placement
- Good time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication (English)
