As a Production Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth logistics and coordination of our Marcom shoots. You'll work closely with the Shoot Producer, Studio Floor Lead, and the wider production team to make sure everything runs like clockwork. From managing pre-production logistics to providing on-site support, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our shoots on track and aligned with project requirements.

    What you'll do

    • Organise and manage transport logistics for samples, equipment, and props, ensuring timely deliveries and pick-ups.
    • Handle sample-related issues and ensure all samples are received, organized, and returned as required.
    • Provide hands-on assistance during shoots, helping with set-up, maintaining order, catering, and running errands.
    • Communicate with styling teams, art directors, and other key stakeholders to ensure all elements of the shoot align with the creative vision.
    • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on set, maintaining a safe environment for all personnel.
    • Keep accurate records of all samples, resources, and shoot-related assets.
    • Gather feedback from the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future shoots.

    What you'll need

    • Previous experience in production environments, working with teams such as stylists, photographers, or creative professionals.
    • Basic understanding of production tools and software, such as Excel and project management systems.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage tight schedules.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to handle logistical issues quickly and efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    What you'll show

    • Own It: Take responsibility for the smooth running of logistics during shoots.
    • Make It Better: Constantly look for ways to improve the logistical process and the efficiency of the shoots.
    • Be Human: Build strong relationships with all team members, stakeholders, and freelancers.

If you're ready to take on this exciting role and be a key player in our creative production team, we'd love to hear from you!
