We are looking for a full-time student dental nurse to join our friendly, experienced and supportive practice team in Bournemouth.
As part of {my}dentist, you’ll be joining the UK’s leading provider of dentistry, which supports more than 4 million patients each year to get access to the care they need.
No prior experience in dentistry is necessary. We provide all the support you need to excel in a new and rewarding career. You will also be playing a key role in supporting the oral health of the community.
Responsibilities
As a student dental nurse, your role will include:
- Learning to support clinicians in delivering a full range of high-quality dental treatments to patients, both NHS and private
- Helping to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice
- Learning all about infection control procedures and responsibilities within the dental nursing profession
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for caring for patients and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team, establish a good rapport and articulate information clearly
- Basic IT skills
- Grade 4 or above in English (or equivalent) in order to be able to register for the training programme.
