We are looking for our future Software engineer Intern (undergraduate intern) to work full time (37.5 hours per week) in our company MKS instruments based in Crewe (onsite internship) for 3 months, starting from the beginning of June 2025 to the end of August 2025. You will be part of our engineering team under our software development manager.

Your missions                                                                                 

  • Develops software applications using high level programming languages
  • Works within a multi-disciplinary team to sustain and innovate for an award winning product line
  • Follows software and business processes to ensure high level quality and robustness of deliverables

You profile

  • Enrolled in a Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree, in the second or third year.
  • Experience with object-oriented software development language; C# will be important with WPF knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript desired,
  • Previous experience of Virtual Machines and hosting them desirable,
  • Basic network understanding and experience with network devices desired,
  • Experience with Angular and Agile an advantage,
  • Be adaptable to handle requirement shift.
