About the Placement Programme
This 12-month University Placement offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in Company Secretarial work. You’ll collaborate with our Accountancy, Tax, and Consultancy Teams across our 7 offices.
You’ll assist our Company Secretarial team in supporting over 2,500 companies, covering tasks such as:
- Incorporating companies
- Preparing statutory forms
- Maintaining statutory books
This role is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in a professional and dynamic environment.
What do we look for?
We welcome applications from enthusiastic students who are on track to achieve a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline. Additionally, you’ll need:
- 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs (A- C or 9-4), including Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- The ability to manage pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
- Experience with Diligent Entities (advantageous but not essential)
