    Your opportunity 

    This is a 12-month trainee programme focusing on gaining first hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.

    You will

    • Work closely with the relevant third party providers ensuring that the levels of oversight and monitoring of controls and processes are set and performed rigorously, to the required levels.
    • Carry out the daily checklist tasks to the required level to include - Supporting oversight control functions within Transfer Agency Operations – i.e. monitoring debtors and creditors positions, onsite monitoring of core functions such as investor dealing and settlement, income payments, bank account reconciliations, account maintenance, etc.
    • Review and contribute to streamlining processes and controls within the team, reviewing in-house processes with the aim of transitioning processes to external Transfer Agencies, where applicable.
    • Help align processes and reporting for our Dublin & Luxembourg Transfer Agency relationships.
    • Deal with queries from both internal teams and external clients.
    • Point of contact for complex queries and day to day queries received from various internal Sales teams and external clients.
    • Reconciliation of invoices
    • Assist with regulatory/ project changes when needed.
    • Provide cover and offer additional support to the wider department.
    • Build relationships with third party suppliers and internal departments.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned.

    Nice to have skills

    • Previous experience in either a Transfer Agency environment or a Fund Management company overseeing TA processes.
    • Understanding of SICAV’s or Dublin UCITS and associated services would be an advantage.
