    Your opportunity

    This is a 12-month trainee programme with a start date from September 2025 focusing on gaining firsthand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.  

    • Joining an established Brand, Creative, and Digital Department, you'll be part of a team that supports Branding, Advertising, Digital Platforms, Social Media, Design, and Multimedia services
    • Collaborate with the studio team on corporate video and podcast production, including filming, editing, and exporting
    • Operate and maintain the in-house video studio for live and pre-recorded videos
    • Deliver projects to agreed outcomes and time frames
    • Assist with live streaming webcast events
    • Support the development of innovative products, systems, and processes that meet both Janus Henderson's and our clients' needs
    • Provide exceptional service to clients, meeting deadlines and customizing solutions based on individual needs within our brand framework
    • Be customer-focused and able to identify the needs of each individual client by tailoring corporate guidelines to meet their needs within brand capabilities
    • Support additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
    • Working in collaboration with multimedia colleagues and stakeholders globally

    Must-have skills

    • Proficiency with Apple hardware and software.
    • Competent skills within Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Photoshop
    • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
    • Self-motivated and has the ability to complete tasks independently.
    • Knowledge of broadcasting, digital video and digital editing techniques
    • Familiarity with streaming video for the web and compression techniques
    • Experience in setting up Audio/Video and Broadcast productions
    • Proficiency in audio/video equipment, SLR cameras and professional lenses

    Nice to have skills

    • Experience in working within corporate environments
    • Familiarity using DSLR cameras for portrait photography
