    This programme offers a sponsored CIMA training contract to obtain an accountancy qualification. You will remain on the programme for at least three years through to qualification.

    What can you expect?

    • Rotation through all areas of our finance teams – both Head office functions and business facing finance teams.
    • The rotations are a key part of the Graduate Development Programme and will complement your work towards achieving the CIMA qualification.
    • A program that spans over 3 years with approximately 8 rotations in total.
    • Typical responsibilities during the rotations are dependent on specific secondments.
    • There will be the opportunity to work in our business divisions across the UK which will involve travelling or being based in another region for a period of time, during your training contract.
    • You will be involved in management reporting, statutory reporting, treasury & tax and general finance duties.

    What will you need to bring?

    • A university graduate (not degree specific) with a 2:1 or higher but must have a demonstrable interest in finance/accountancy.
    • Have at least 96 UCAS points (new system) or B,B,C grades from your A levels or a relevant BTEC.
    • Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
    • Advance application of MS Excel and Word.
    • Will need to participate in various projects and a willingness to get involved in various tasks.
    • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with fellow finance team members.
    • Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
    • Polite, professional, assertive, flexible, friendly and approachable.
    • Good time management skills to work to tight timeframes.
    • Ability to travel to other offices on an ad-hoc basis
