The role
Are you a recent Graduate who lives and breaths Tech? Then this newly created graduate position, reporting directly into our CTO might just be the perfect role for you! You will get down into the detail of our technology stack, linking up key systems both internally and externally and solving critical operational challenges. You'll learn on the job how a Technology department really works at a start up. You'll work with executive level stakeholders across all of our business functions, supporting them with internal systems tech solutions and product development! You will also have exposure to our data and pricing team, our developers and Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Systems at Houst, with particular focus on our Front CRM installation and optimiseing account management workflows.
- Develop innovative tech solutions for our operational challenges
- Support with the migration to a new Sales system and then maintain and improve it to optimise sales workflows, and provide technical support when needed.
- Work with the Data Team on improvements to reporting.
- Oversee processes for activation/deactivation of account for new employees.
- Handle GDPR requests and other privacy-related enquiries.
Requirements
- Recent Graduate with a passion for Technology and interest in the start up space
- A natural problem solver who loves building solutions for complex problems
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- A logical thinker who is good at trouble shooting
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at every level of the business
- Ability to build ad-hoc workflows using no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, IFTTT).
- Basic programming skills would be an advantage (e.g. Python).
