This internship will be starting from the beginning of July - running through until end of September 2025 for a 3 month duration. Please only apply if you are available for this time duration.

    We are excited to be hiring an Intern for our Corporate Social Responsibility team. This role would be suitable for someone who has recently graduated from a relevant course related to Business Management.

    Key responsibilities

    • Support with delivering training to new joiners on CSR & sustainability and volunteering initiatives.
    • Create internal communication materials – including presentations for our internal sustainability breakfasts and building our internal newsletter updates to be shared with the wider business.
    • Engage internal teams on CSR topics – educating on the charity partnerships that we work with and details of our volunteering opportunities.
    • General administrative support
    • Communicating with our external partners and charities
    • Lead and update key on analysis for the business – including information around our packaging import and communicating with our team in Paris to gather, collect and organise data and make calculations accordingly. Continuing to analyse this and share findings with the CSR Manager & wider teams.
    • Support the organisation of Hermès Public Sale – this will be a hands on project and may require some out of hours working (evenings/ weekends) due to the nature of the event. Working with our external partners and being a point of reference during the evening, supporting with any questions.
    • Supporting on projects for Sustainability Development week – leading on internal communications, crafting the general program, liaising with suppliers, building a communication plan for our employees and presenting in store

    Profile and qualifications

    • Previously or currently studying in a business related degree, bonus if it is related to or has studied any CSR or Sustainability related modules.
    • A keen interest in Sustainability
    • An appreciation of and desire to work with luxury product
    • An interest in internal communications
    • Organised and has good attention to detail
    • An analytical mindset and ability to work with a variety of data
    • Ability to be creative and build presentations for internal use
    • Comfortable communicating to key stakeholders and the wider business (through email and during presentations)
    • Able to work independently, autonomous
    • Proficient on MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Experience using Canva
