As a Branch Operations Intern, you'll be the face of our company, providing awesome customer service, supporting internal sales, and learning the ropes of the business world. We're looking for a motivated and energetic individual with a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed.

    • Assist customers with requests, including account inquiries, pricing, and orders.
    • Support the creation of necessary documentation and update records.
    • Take payments and assists with payment reconciliation.
    • Create invoices, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
    • Learn product knowledge, identify sales opportunities, and build customer relationships.
    • Provide customer service, manages work within guidelines, and processes payments.
    • Inform customers of new products and price changes.
    • Answer customer questions and assist with inventory.
    • Handle sales orders, deliveries, and maintain store cleanliness.
    • Process payments, handles inquiries, and answers phone calls.
