    About the Role

    We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our successful, well established internship programme at Ferrero. We work closely with our interns to ensure their placement is rewarding, exciting and provides the most relevant skills for their future studies and careers. You will have real responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to value add projects, learning from the very best minds in the industry. As well as the valuable work experience you will gain, you will be part of a group of interns working and learning together.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Arrange and Manage the Product Steering Meeting by: creating and managing the weekly meeting requests, documenting actions and follow up with stakeholders as necessary.
    • Assist in documenting all co-pack projects with detailed photographic assembly instructions, ensuring this document as well as the packaging items are available.
    • Creation of local packaging codes – Liaising with key stakeholders in other departments to ensure items follow the creation path diligently including costing.
    • Provide the finance team with specific Packaging and labour costs for projects directly relating to the Activity Briefs.
    • Prepare new project documents for Product Development Process.
    • To assist the team Co-Pack planner with activities relating to the planning role
    • Liaise with Trade and Brand Marketing to make sure each project meet their deadline on Artwork and approval.
    • Obtain quotes from packaging suppliers for the supply of materials, document and distribute relevant information to allow benchmarking and decision.
    • Monitor performance of Supplier and Third Party.
    • Liaise with Collaboration managers to ensure a seamless service to our commercial customers.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for line Manager
    • Extract, analyse and share data from BI as needed by the team.
