    We are looking for an Industry Process Consultant Intern to join our UK Industry Consulting Team, supporting key customer projects with advanced technologies and engineering processes. This 12-month placement is ideal for passionate Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Computer Science students, offering hands-on industry experience. This position is located in our office in Sheffield.

    Responsibilities

    • Undertake demonstrations and develop proof of concepts using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SIMULIA toolset
    • Test and validate developed solutions
    • Attend customer meetings to define requirements/deliverables
    • Work closely with other members of the team and R&D defining solution scenarios

    Qualifications

    • Studying towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science
    • Engineers with coding skills (Python, JavaScript) are essential
    • Engineers: knowledge of structural mechanics, experimental testing, and CAD/CAE tools is a plus
    • Computer Scientists: experience in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, JSON, VUE, Web Services
    • Strong presentation, teamwork and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Mining techniques is advantageous
    • Ability to work independently and communicate ideas effectively
    • Flexibility for UK travel
