Key responsibilities
As a Strategy Intern, you will be involved in shaping Coca-Cola’s strategic vision. You will analyze market data, support decision-making on key initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the company’s growth ambitions.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions.
- Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations.
- Help analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in long-term planning processes and strategic projects.
Requirements
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 9-12 month internship.
- Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
- Relevant Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret data, strong organizational and strategic planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, innovative and analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, effective communication of strategic ideas, and multitasking abilities.
