An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Children and Families SEN Transformation team. The position is for 1 FTE (37 hrs).

    The successful applicant will need to be organised and work flexibly, alongside managing communications and responding to all enquiries promptly and accurately. They will need to work with sensitive information that requires confidentiality and knowledge around data protection.

    The post holder will

    • Support the Finance and Data Quality assurance officer to manage financial data, processes and associated systems
    • Monitor, collate and interpret volumes of data
    • Support the Finance and Data Quality Assurance Officer to produce accurate quarterly forecast outturn position and year end final outturn position of all SEND external placement expenditure
    • Accurately input cost data into our client record management system

    You will have

    • Knowledge of maintaining financial records
    • Knowledge of databases and data processing
    • The ability to problem solve, resolving queries appropriately.
    • Effective communication skills
