We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Intern to join the Tech Department within the Real Estate team. In this role, you will support IT business analysis and communication efforts for ongoing Real Estate initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT systems, project coordination, and internal communications within a prestigious and innovative company.

- Internal Communications:
- Create user education materials for Tech and Real Estate management
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user experience analytics to enhance communication strategies.
- Meeting Preparation, Reporting and Documentation:
- Support on the development workshop materials, updates, and minutes.
- Report on meetings and workshops, also in collaboration with design and technology consultants.
- Assist in producing project documentation and handling Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities, including supporting project management for new initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with first experience in corporate communication.
- Experience in communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Stream, PowerPoint, and SharePoint would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Creative, proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Passion for technology and luxury.
