    About the role

    The main objective of this internship is to support the Learning Solutions team in enhancing processes for resource adaptation to meet regional and customer needs. You will work closely with our international team and help identify areas for improvement, contributing to streamlining operations, reducing time spent on manual tasks, and improving overall efficiency.

    As part of this role you will

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, including but not limited to process mapping and workflow automation.
    • Support cross-functional communication between regional teams to ensure faster and more accurate adaptation of resources.
    • Research and suggest new tools or technologies that could improve project timeframes and collaboration efficiency.
    • Help document the adaptation process and propose guidelines for improved consistency across regions.
    • Assist in the analysis of regional feedback to ensure the process improvements meet actual needs and challenges.

    About you

    What to expect

    Applying for our internship is simple, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Successful applicants will then be invited to an interview, and if selected, you'll join us for an exciting 8-week programme starting on Monday, 14th July, and ending on Friday, 5th September.

    Key dates

    • 31st march – 23rd April: After submitting your application, there will be a selection period where we review all candidates.
    • The deadline for all applications is Wednesday, 23rd April. To help you learn more about the role, we'll be hosting a Find Out More session alongside creative access on 16th April.
    • 5th – 16th may: You can expect to hear from us with an application update, and if you're successful, be invited to interview
    • You can expect an update on your interview, if you're successful you will receive a placement offer. We will ask for acceptance responses by 30th May.
