We're looking for a Marketing Support Analyst who will manage new and ongoing projects related to the Marketing Services area of the Business.
The role
You will seek answers and find solutions to problems whilst displaying structure in both your thinking and presentation. You will be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative, possessing a flair for analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with the teams that create and manage our websites, and communicate with our customers. You will gain an invaluable insight into this key area of the Business.
You will provide project management services to the Marketing teams, conduct operational reviews, document processes and assist with compliance through the meticulous analysis of complex regulatory guidance.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Main Responsibilities
- Completing impact analyses of upcoming changes affecting Marketing Services.
- Managing projects from conception to post-delivery analysis.
- Preparing Marketing Services for change, ensuring that all new product, offer and back office tool releases are reviewed and communicated effectively.
- Ensuring new and existing content used to support the launch of new domains, products, offers or site features is accurate and consistent with current business and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with the development of the SharePoint Knowledgebase platform to support Marketing Services departments.
- Ensuring all key Marketing Services documentation is written to a high standard and regularly maintained.
- Assisting with and producing high quality reports for Marketing Services management.
- Working with managers within Marketing Services to improve internal processes and procedures.
