    We are currently seeking a Trainee Export Estimator to join our Thurnscoe facility. In this role, you will ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications while adhering to company policies and procedures.

    Key responsibilities

    • Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.
    • Update and manage client data using our CRM system.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.
    • Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.
    • Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.

    What we’re looking for

    Experience & skills

    • Experience working across multiple departments and managing deadlines.
    • Background in technical sales or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong telephone communication skills.
    • Experience in a technical environment with engineered products.
