We are currently seeking a Trainee Export Estimator to join our Thurnscoe facility. In this role, you will ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.
- Update and manage client data using our CRM system.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.
- Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.
- Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.

Experience & skills
- Experience working across multiple departments and managing deadlines.
- Background in technical sales or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
- Experience in a technical environment with engineered products.
