    What you'll be doing

    • Support the development of each proposal submission through working with the bid manager for programme maintenance
    • Coordinate internal governance meetings, bid meetings, attendees, and resources
    • Circulate minutes and monitor follow up actions from meetings, briefings and workshops
    • Manage client correspondence and circulation
    • Support the work winning team in response development, answer planning and internal governance documents.
    • Update CRM, client portals and internal governance systems
    • Support with submission formatting, response management for version control and consistent final documents

    Who we're looking for

    • A minimum of a 2:2 in a business or related degree
    • Ideally previous work experience or placement in a similar environment
    • Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
    • Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining
    • A driven, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative
    • Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate professionally with colleagues at all levels of the business
