About the role
You will join a team in charge of managing a portfolio of products, solutions and services in the very fast evolving field of satellite communications. As stated in the definition above, we, as a team in charge of delivering products, solutions and services to the market, we have a key role to play on the social and environmental impact of Airbus.
The team you will join is an international team based in the UK, France, and Germany. This transversal organization addresses a global worldwide business and cooperates with most of the entities of Airbus Secure Communications.
Thanks to the very central role of the product management activity, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge in many areas such as finance, sales, marketing, engineering, project management.
We want to place sustainability at the heart of our products/solutions/services portfolio. We think that we can go further than what we have been doing so far.
What will you be doing?
Your main focus will be:
- Analyze the product/solution/service managers how they can go further in the integration of sustainability into their product/solution/service.
- As sustainability impacts, you will be involved from the market research activities and business case assessment performed at the early stage of the product creation down to the marketing campaign to support the launch of the products.
By addressing the whole life cycle of a product/solution/service creation, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in market analysis, finance, marketing, and sales techniques.

As the successful candidate, you must be able to demonstrate the following;
- Bachelor degree in sustainability or in business with a strong interest in sustainability.
- Knowledge of Sustainability and the measurement of its impacts.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ready to challenge the status quo.
- Willingness to develop a wide area of knowledge.
