Join us for an event to network with inspiring women within BT Group and learn about exciting career opportunities within the tech space.

As we celebrate the achievements of women within BT Group, we also want to identify and encourage the next generation of women who’ll join our ranks in the technology space. Our FREE immersive event, Inspire her, will give ambitious women the encouragement and tools to pursue a career at BT Group where they can push for innovation and have a real impact.

Her Grad Panel  

Hear from some of our current female graduate cohort about their experiences in tech at BT Group. You’ll learn about internal networks, team support, and real-life projects from the graduate perspective. Then, you can participate in the open Q&A session. 

 

Transferable Skills Session  

Understand how transferable skills from university and other experiences can be applied during assessments as you learn about the different roles on offer at BT Group, get expert advice on assessment best practices and tips to make your application stand out and hear more about our 2025 graduate and internship opportunities.  

 

Tech Showcase & Networking Experience  

Get more details about the cutting-edge technology developed and facilitated by BT Group — think real-life holograms, innovations in drones and the future of medical technology. Then, network with senior leaders, graduates, and recruiters to build relationships before applying for a role with us. The connections you make will help shape tomorrow.
