Hosted by Husnara Begum, careers consultant and ex-magic circle lawyer, you will get an opportunity to ask your questions to Tim, as well as finding out more about his career path to partnership, what working in commercial law is like and life at CMS. Tim is a disputes partner, assisting businesses to navigate contentious scenarios with other businesses, governments, regulators and public bodies, through both formal and informal dispute resolution mechanisms. He has previously spent time working with international NGO’s around the world and has assisted in cases including with a listed PLC in a multi-million pound high court claim.

Join us as our expert Criminology lecturer as she covers a brief history of prisons and prison statistics, what happens in prison and what it offers. We will also look at how we assess the effectiveness and criminological arguments for and against prisons.
