We provide over 870 million litres of safe, clean drinking water, to an estimated population of 3.5 million people every day. And when they’ve finished with it, over 19,000km of sewers take used water and surface water run-off to one of our 653 wastewater treatment works where it is treated, tested and safely returned to the environment.
