Solomons Europe has flourished since its incorporation in 1998 through agility, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit. We have a built-in drive to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our 'Solomontrepreneurs' are committed to optimising success. We innovate and challenge the norm and are always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Through this focussed and dedicated approach, we build long-term, sustainable client relationships. We treat our client's money as if it was our own and adopt a Key Client philosophy; working for approximately no more than 10 Key Clients at a time.

As an SME, we are also perfectly placed in the industry to be uniquely agile in reacting to our clients' support needs. Regarded as 'small giants' in our specific and specialist sectors, we stand out from our competitors by adapting swiftly to our clients' changing needs and priorities.

A brighter future

Without furloughing or making any staff member redundant, we withstood the challenges placed on our business due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.

Buoyed by the reopening of essential construction sites following the first nationwide lockdown, we continue to drive forward with our ambitious growth plans with the same resolve as before.

Since then we continue to bolster our team with top talent, have welcomed two cohorts of ambitious apprentices to our specially developed MSc Apprenticeship Plus Programme and opened at fifth office at Lamton Park, near Chester-le-Street. And our Future Skills Academy is ensuring that Solomons not only keeps up with the pace of change in an evolving construction industry, but stays one step ahead of the game.

Our focus remains on securing opportunities on long-term frameworks that will give us the financial security and firepower to realise our ambitions for the future. 

Choosing our contracts carefully and avoiding terms or delivery objectives that we cannot fulfil, or which place too high a risk on the business, we continue to make the carefully considered choices that have stood us in good stead so far, and will ensure our continued success.
