Quick Release is a high-growth management consultancy focused on business transformation for global organizations delivering complex engineered products. We work with a range of customers (from start-ups to global brands) to release the untapped potential of their people, systems, processes and data, so they can get better, greener products to market faster and more efficiently.

In practice, we are problem solvers and advisors who use a combination of quality data and reporting, project management, people skills and the collective knowledge of our talented team to challenge and improve the way companies develop and manufacture their products. We don’t just propose solutions, we roll up our sleeves, get stuck in and deliver them.

It all began back in 2003. Rob, one of our founders, was working as an engineer at a leading automotive company when he noticed something that he knew had to change: Engineers spent very little time engineering. These invaluable, creative engineers were instead spending time feeding information into systems.

It was slow, frustrating, and without anyone handling the complex product data, the whole company was held back. So Rob and his colleague, Adam, created Quick Release. Now, almost 20 years later, we’ve grown to around 200 employees, empowering some of the biggest OEMs and the most innovative automotive companies in the world to get products to market faster, and at a lower cost.
