We run, maintain and develop Britain's rail tracks, signalling, bridges, tunnels, level crossings and many key stations. Our rail network is the fastest growing and safest in Europe, but we still have work to do to create a railway fit for 21st century Britain. We’re already making history through some of the largest engineering projects in Europe: Crossrail, Birmingham New Street Station, HS2 and Thameslink. Our award-winning architectural developments are helping to regenerate towns, cities and businesses, whilst new train lines are connecting communities. It's not all about rail though; there’s digital technology, retail and property management too. We offer a diverse programme of graduate schemes as well as flexible placements for undergraduates
