To meet increasing consumer demand for speed, convenience and mobile access, we’re constantly looking at ways we can make home improvement easier by helping our customers to shop our great value home improvement services and products, in the most fast, efficient, and convenient way possible.   

Our store network continues to expand and includes over 300 stores across the UK and Ireland. Our stores are at the heart of our ecommerce growth and we’re continuing to test new locations and formats to help give customers easier access to our wide range of products, not only those that are stocked at their local store. 

We offer over 30,000 products at our stores either for immediate pick-up or to order at diy.com for one-hour or next day click and collect. We also have over 300,000 more home improvement products available to order at diy.com for home delivery, and we’re continuing to expand the choice of products available on our website through our specialist home improvement marketplace, launched in March 2022.
