From our stores to online services, we’ve got 150,000 colleagues taking care of over 18 million customers every week - for their regular shopping, buying the latest fashions, as well as healthcare, optometry and more. So, it’s safe to say we’ve got what it takes to offer graduates opportunities that are bigger and better than ever at Asda. And that’s because we’re all about giving you that extra support so you have everything you need to grow a brilliant career with us. Whether that’s on the shop floor or behind the scenes.
Asda’s new Graduate and Apprentice Retail Management Programmes are dynamic and fast-paced, with the structure and support to take you from store assistant right up to a management role in one of our stores. Developed with our current managers today to create the retail leaders of tomorrow - you.
Whether you’re a grad or an apprentice, during our programme you’ll rotate around our stores, gaining great experience and invaluable insight. And with a support network of mentors made up of previous graduates, experienced managers and groups of your peers, you'll have everything you need to become a store manager in one of our convenience stores or an operations manager in one of our larger stores by the end of it.
As a business that takes change in its stride, and evolves at a rapid pace, we’re always looking forward to what’s next for us, how we can better serve our customers and our communities. So we’re excited to welcome people who are eager to challenge us as much as we challenge them, whether it’s our ideas, our ways of working, or the way we use technology and data. Having a voice is a big part of being an apprentice or graduate at Asda and if you’ve got an idea, we want to hear it.
If you’re ready to take up opportunities as they come, the chances to develop here are vast. We’ve got a culture of learning and support running throughout the business and the resources to make it happen. People can have five or six different careers at Asda, because there’s always something new to discover. Retail is always changing, and that keeps people inspired and motivated. And Asda is a fun, informal, ‘let’s get on and do it type of culture, too. It’s important to us to enjoy what we do and get great rewards from it. With a great bunch of people to share it with!
So for those with curiosity, imagination and determination, developing your career at Asda really does offer endless possibilities. Our vision, our scale and our culture can really take you places. On a bigger scale, for better futures.
