    Davina found her Graduate Engineer role at Siemens Energy through Bright Network

    Meet Davina, an MEng Chemical Engineering graduate from Newcastle University.

    "I secured a one-year long placement with Siemens Energy using the Bright Network website and deadline tracker, which led to me getting the graduate role I’ve secured now! I also completed the Engineering track of Internship Experience UK with Bright Network."

    Jian secured his Civil Engineering internship at COWI through Bright Network

    Jian is a Civil Engineering student from Newcastle University. Here's his advice for nailing internship applications:

    "I’d recommend researching the company before you apply for them. Make sure you’re familiar with who they are, what they do and ensure that you can talk about how that aligns with your goals."

    Dina secured a Mechanical and Physical Engineer role at Capgemini

    Dina is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from UCL. She secured a graduate role as a Junior Mechanical and Physical Engineer at Capgemini in Bristol.

    "I attended Bright Network's Women in TEC event in London and spoke to Capgemini. Adriana, the SAP lead from Capgemini, gave a talk during one of the panels. I felt a real connection with the company and its culture and looked into Capgemini's projects immediately after the event. This really motivated me to apply for the company."

    Toby from Buro Happold shares his career journey

    "I studied an integrated MSci in Physics at the University of Bristol. In my final year, I worked on a project focused on nuclear energy, which solidified my desire to contribute to sustainable and beneficial initiatives for the planet.

    This led me to join Buro Happold as a Sustainability and Physics Graduate Engineer. After two enriching and diverse years, I've now completed the grad scheme and look forward to advancing my career as an engineer."
