Meet your host, Shanice Hicks-Coffey
Shanice has worked as Bright Network as a Senior Talent Partner for just over 2 years, where she manages the hiring process for all of our internal vacancies – ranging from graduate all the way to experienced hires. She has a total of 7+ years’ experience within the recruitment industry, and during the first four years of her career, she specialised specifically in hiring graduates into both start ups and large organisations.
