Bernadette is a legally qualified high performing individual with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a keen supporter of other team members with career succession planning and ensures individual performance is maximised. This links to Bernadette’s ambition, which is to be a role model and an inspiration to other black women who aspire to succeed.

Martin Onyeador

Martin Onyeador works in Syndicate Transaction & Execution Management at NatWest Group in the Digital Capital Markets team.

He is actively developing capabilities to drive the evolution of Digital Assets using Distributed Ledger Technology within the Credit Markets. He has worked at NatWest for nearly 20 years in various roles, with the last 7 years in the Primary Capital Markets business working on the Syndicate desk. He is a graduate from the University of Nottingham.
