A big dream inspires us, drives our business forward and aligns us around the same objectives and purpose - to create a future with more cheers.

No matter their role in the organization, all owners set, pursue and work with each other to achieve ambitious goals.

Big dreams require hard work, collaboration and passion. They must be feasible so we can commit and bring them to life. 

2. Focus on superior results 

As owners, we recognize that we can’t be and do everything for everyone. Our focus on results guides us as we invest our time and energy in what is essential for the business. 

Owners celebrate achievements and continuously raise the bar.

3. Lead by example and take accountability

As owners, our actions matter more then words. We walk the talk, lead by example, do what we mean. 

We take personal responsibility. In a company of owners, there is no such thing as "this is not my problem".

4. Attract and develop great people

Great people embody our 10 principles. They can come from anywhere and any background.

As leaders, we invest our time to hire and develop great people, create opportunities for their growth, and build high-performing teams.

5. Build brands consumers love

All of us have a role to play in protecting, growing and creating brands consumers love. 

Owners keep consumers at the heart of everything they do - by always learning and understanding who they are and what they value.

As owners, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by providing them superior products, insights and services. We grow when our customers grow. 

As owners, we embrace the responsibility that comes with being a global leader. We positively impact our local communities by fostering sustainable practices. We thrive when our communities thrive. 

7. Prioritise simple and scalable solutions

Owners believe that simplicity unlocks the full potential of scale. Simplicity creates clarity, speed, and consistent execution.

We rely on data and common sense to identify and scale the best practices that enable us to execute with excellence.

8. Manage costs tightly

As owners, we only spend what and when we need to do so. 

Being frugal and disciplined about our costs and resources gives us the freedom to invest more in what customers and consumers really value.

9. Think long-term

As owners, we are responsible for the long-term impacts of the decisions and investments that we make today. 

We do not sacrifice our company’s long-term value creation for short-term results.

10. Never take shortcuts 

Owners don’t take shortcuts and operate with ethics and integrity. The safety of our people, the quality of our products, and our reputation can never be compromised.

There is no substitute for hard work, consistency and long-term thinking.
