There’s a variety of programs available at TikTok, depending on which stage you are in on your educational journey and the country you live in. Check out all the opportunities below:

Apprenticeship Program

Whether in an Apprentice role or a non-degree program at TikTok, you'll receive a tailored development plan. With this tailored approach, you will adapt to your position in no time! Your colleagues will coach and communicate with you on projects and provide detailed feedback to support your educational requirements.

Apprenticeship and non-degree program durations vary depending on country and education level. Apprenticeships are a minimum of 1 year in duration and can last up to 6 years. Each apprenticeship job outlines the required duration and eligibility guidelines. Other non-degree programs can range from several weeks to months, depending on local needs, and become available year-round.

Depending on the country and level of the position, you may be able to earn educational qualifications and even a degree while working at TikTok! Eligibility and requirements for enrolment will vary. TikTok provide detailed information in our job listings.

Internship Program

Your creativity and inspiration will bring communities closer together, and the impact you make will transcend. TikTok want to help you make that happen, which is why they offer a variety of internship opportunities for undergraduates and those pursuing advanced degrees.

  1. Summer Undergraduate/Masters [Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Turkey, UAE and UK] An undergraduate in their penultimate or final year seeking full-time summer work experience.
  2. Undergraduate/Masters Intern [UK, France, Israel and Turkey]
    A student seeking a full-time internship varying in duration up to one year as part of their educational requirement
  3. PhD [Ireland and UK]
    A student pursuing a PhD with a bachelors/masters degree in the relevant field. This internship lasts for at least 12 weeks.

Working student program – Germany & Poland

Working student opportunities are suitable for students looking to work alongside completing their full-time higher education. Placements last from 3 months and start at varying times throughout the year.

Industrial Placement Program

Industrial placements are for students currently enrolled in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree with the opportunity to include a 12-month Industrial Placement as part of their degree.

Graduate Program - Germany, Ireland, Israel, UAE and UK

This 18-month program is suitable for final-year students or recent graduates with one year's work experience.

TikTok provide structured learning to help bring out your best. You will be part of a network of graduates and have the opportunity to get to know one another, learn and develop together.

Throughout the program, you'll discuss feedback regularly and conduct reviews to ensure that you're meeting your goals and accomplishing more than you imagined.
