The application process includes
Stage 1
For all roles the initial step is an online application form.
Stage 2
For our consulting roles, stage 2 entails a short, pre-recorded video interview. These interviews are assessed by our people from the relevant departments, rather than using AI. For our analytics roles, stage 2 is an online numerical reasoning assessment.
Stage 3
Selected candidates will be invited to an assessment centre with their chosen department. These are typically in person assessment centres at the relevant location – providing an opportunity for us to get to know you and you get an insight into your chosen department and LCP’s culture.
