We are proud to announce the release of Gartner’s 2023 Together as One report. This report captures the steps we’ve taken and our commitment to providing an inclusive workplace for our associates.

• Gartner associates grew and advanced their careers through professional development programs such as Crew, Ignite, Ascent, Xcel. 
• We piloted a tool for associates to record their names and for colleagues to access the correct pronunciation. 
• Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) planned, organized and sponsored over 140 activities globally which were open to all associates to join. ERG membership increased to 30% of our associate population.
• Feedback from our associates helped us launch Asians and Pacific Islanders (API) at Gartner as a new ERG in May 2023. Since its launch, API has held many events to support our colleagues at Gartner.
• Our Conference Inclusivity Ratings show that we are making our conferences welcoming and inclusive for all.
