Family and returning to work

As well as empowering everyone to work flexibly, we support our people throughout the journey to becoming a parent and beyond. Our family entitlements include:
- 21 weeks’ Maternity or Adoption Leave at full pay for new parents
- 2 weeks’ Paternity Leave at full pay plus a further 7 weeks of Partner’s Leave, 3 at full pay and 4 at half pay
- Up to 2 weeks leave at full pay in every 12-month period for employees undergoing assisted fertility treatment
- Gradual return for new parents returning from Maternity or Adoption Leave, who can work 80% of their contractual hours for 100% pay and benefits for up to 6 months
- Paid time off for antenatal, adoption and fostering appointments
Holidays and flexible working
No matter what level you’re at when you join us, you’ll enjoy 34 days of annual leave per year, including public holidays. You can buy up to 10 extra days every year if you choose to, giving you even more flexibility.
We also support flexible working across our business, so you can work with your manager to find a routine that fits your individual life circumstances. And because we know things don’t always go to plan, we offer emergency day passes for those times when life throws you a curveball.
Health and wellbeing
