Our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy ‘Building Belonging for All’ is based on transparency and accountability and underpinned by our Inclusion Charter to ensure. To create a culture of inclusion and a sense of caring and belonging, providing a physically and psychologically safe environment for all our people to thrive

Here’s just a few examples of what we’ve done so far...

  • Launched our Employee Resource Groups with the principles to connect, empower and educate include:
    • Frazer-Nash Pride & Allies Employee Resource Group
    • Disability and Allies Employee Resource Group
    • Race, Equity & Allyship Employee Resource Group
    • Gender Equality Employee Resource Group
    • Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group
  • Developed a ‘STEM Outreach Hub’, supporting our people to undertake STEM Outreach activities to inspire and educate young people and underrepresented groups to learn more about STEM and the range of career paths available.
  • Chosen partnerships and charters, i.e. Women’s Engineering Society, Women in Nuclear, Stonewall’s Diversity Champions scheme Race at Work, Disability Confident to help support our goals and ensure we can make meaningful commitments to improving diversity and inclusion
  • Launched Flexible & Hybrid Working allowing our people to work in ways that work for them and Flexible Bank Holidays, so that everyone can celebrate the days that are important to them.
