Diversity and Inclusion at Kier

Innovation comes from diversity, both of which underpin all that we do at Kier. We want to be a workplace where everyone is encouraged to bring their wholeselves to work and can use their experiences to create positive change within the construction industry.

As part of our commitment to building a more diverse workplace, we developed a six year roadmap to show how we will deliver to create real change.
