One example is our new cover for Easy Car drivers – I am in charge of putting together all of the data and producing monthly packs that will go out to the entire business! Training was excellent – it meant we were well prepared for the challenges of going out on placement, all whilst making new friends and having lots of fun in the meantime. I really can’t speak highly enough of the trainers and how helpful they were. Overall, the scheme is really broadening my horizons and leading me to do things I never thought I would do.
