We are typically seeking graduates in the disciplines of Mathematics, Physics, Economics and other similar logic-based degrees to join the fast paced world of financial services at our Cardiff based headquarters.
Our Analyst Graduate Programme gives you a solid grounding in how we use data to gain a competitive advantage. Over a 24 month period you will have exposure to at least 3 different data functions, such as Pricing (Motor & Home), Telematics Data, Management Information, Business Analytics and Claims Solutions.
We invest heavily in you and your personal and professional development. You will gain a recognised professional management qualification through the Admiral Academy’s Institute of Leadership and Management with the ILM Level 3 qualification. In addition to the support of the Graduate Programme Manager, you'll have your own dedicated Admiral Mentor for personal support and professional guidance.
You will be trained in our chosen statistical tool, SAS. We will also give you the opportunity to gain additional qualifications in areas such as specialist insurance, or a Masters degree in Statistics and Operational Research. All qualifications are fully sponsored by us.
