What stood out to you about Accenture before securing your role?
I knew I wanted a graduate scheme post university, so I catered my search accordingly. Accenture had an interesting scheme with an emphasis on being a cohesive and inclusive environment.
What is the culture like at Accenture?
Extremely social in terms of events both project, industry, and interest wide. They have a multitude of clubs to join outside of the work environment whether it be a sport your interested in or hobby to partake in as well as DE&I groups.
How did you show you have a passion for Accenture at the interview?
I was interested in the culture and have a willingness to learn.
What opportunities do Accenture offer?
The graduate scheme offers the opportunity to move across industries and try varied roles (project length allowing), so you can find out and experience the areas you are interested in. There’s a reward and benefits scheme which gives you access to employee benefits such as AXA healthcare and discounted offers.
What has been your working ‘highlight’ thus far?
Attending an awards evening at Frameless, representing Accenture for a ‘Side Of Desk’ I’d been supporting on and Accenture won an award.
