First, please tell us a little bit about yourself.
"Initially, I wasn't too interested in a career in banking, but I applied because the job description highlighted a focus in emerging markets, which is something I was interested in.
It was only once I had more experience working at the bank that I had a new found interest in working in banking and other opportunities."
What motivated you to apply for your role?
"I was initially attracted by the international aspects and wanted to work for a company with a good culture."
What are you most proud of about your journey?
"I am most proud to receive the job offer! It felt great after struggling with interviews in the earlier stages of my job search."
How did Bright Network help you secure your role?
"Bright Network had the job advertised on the website as well as running the Assessment Centre stage of the application process.
Bright Network were also in contact with me multiple times throughout in order to provide guidance."
What are your tips for people looking to follow in your footsteps?
"Do plenty of research on the company you're applying for. It's very easy for the interviewers to spot if you don't have any knowledge of the company your applying for."

"The graduate scheme is two years and then I will be looking forward to taking a job in the department that is the most interesting to me."
