Jaanhavi is a Business and Management graduate from the University of Reading. She secured a Paid Social Executive graduate role at Publicis Media in London, through Bright Network. 
First, we’d love for you to tell us a little bit about yourself.
“I’m a creative individual which is why I wanted to start my career in the media industry.”
What motivated you to apply for your role?
“Publicis is one of the largest global media firms, so I knew it’d be great exposure to be a part of this company.”
What was the application process like?
“The application process was pretty straightforward. There was an online application and assessment, followed by a recruiter call and finally an assessment centre.
I was sent a brief before the assessment centre which was very helpful and enabled me to prepare well for it.”

What are you most proud of about your application journey?
“I received many rejections before securing this role, so I’m proud of myself for sticking with the process and trusting that I’d land the right job for me.”
