We are always seeking graduates who are not only technically competent but who embody an innovation mindset, bring passion and exuberance to their work and value a collaborative approach. You will be playing a vital role in transforming the energy landscape and work as part of a team of global consultant/scientists working to deliver integrated project solutions.

We are currently looking for graduates with a relevant undergraduate Engineering degree and ideally a post-graduate qualification in Process Safety, Risk and Reliability to join our Technical Safety & Risk team. This role will be based in either Aberdeen, Glasgow or London.

The TSR Division of Xodus Group has a focus on providing intelligent solutions to client problems that leverage a broad depth of experience in risk management practice and implementation, providing guidance on major accident hazards and reliability problems.

You will be supported and mentored on the development of your career and will be given responsibility and purpose from day one. Within the role you will be given structured training on the range of activities undertaken by the team and to assist development of your professional and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
  • Commitment to developing your technical knowledge and a positive approach to your professional development.
  • Initiative, innovation and passion
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of subject specialist software would be an advantage as would be other digital skills
