We have been nurturing our future talent in this way for over 40 years and a number of our past Management Trainees are now in senior managerial roles or sit on the main board. This is a structured, proven route to a management role in one of the most forward-thinking construction companies in the UK.
Our management trainee programme is 2 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your entry point) and will give you the chance to earn while you learn and give you valuable work experience alongside part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon. Upon graduation from the programme you will progress into an Assistant Site Manager role.
