What we’re looking for
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with the following skills:
- Degree in an appropriate qualification, such as Marketing or Business.) Minimum 2:2 degree
- Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset
- Commercial acumen
- Curiosity and interest in consumer behaviours acumen, with a good understanding of business functions
- Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision making;
- Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments;
- A high level of attention to detail
- Proven experience with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
What you can expect from us
As part of the Graduate programme within Just, you will embark on a development journey to build your marketing skills and knowledge for our Customer Marketing teams. During this programme, you will support on a range of marketing activities, including marketing campaigns, media planning, customer research and content generation.
