Are you a highly analytical and motivated individual with strong organisational skills? We have an opportunity for an undergraduate to join our Customer Operations team as a Planning Analyst undergraduate.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments across the business, gaining full exposure to different areas of the Company developing skills in data analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
This is what your time at Volkswagen Financial Services might look like
- Rotating through different areas of the business every 3 months, gaining valuable experience and developing a well-rounded understanding of company operations.
- Representing VWFS during capacity planning and operational meetings with outsource partners.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the workforce management system.
- Maintaining professional and effective communication with internal customers and potentially external suppliers.
- Identifying efficiencies through data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders for potential implementation.
About you
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in managing tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational skills to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A "can-do" attitude and willingness to take on challenges, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of spreadsheets and IT skills, with an eagerness to expand your technical knowledge.
- Maturity and professionalism in handling responsibilities and working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

Here’s what our process looks like
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview and deliver a presentation. You'll also meet some of our managers and our current Undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
