Are you an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively? We are looking for a Fleet Marketing undergraduate to join our Fleet department, where our Business to Business (B2B) Customer Portfolio is managed.
Your role will be diverse, covering all areas of Marketing: Insight, planning, product development, marketing communications, events and customer relationship management.
This is what your time at Volkswagen Financial Services might look like
- Support the execution of digital initiatives across all fleet website structures and content.
- Supporting on the organisation of internal and external events and the management of agency relationships and sponsorships
- Produce key marketing reporting and insights through the development of new reports and dashboards based on informed requirements
- Agency management- provide availability and updates to agencies
- Presentation support across sales and marketing team
- Assisting with team support - diary availability, room booking, PO and Invoice processing, co-ordinate and track our key initiatives of marketing activities, supplier management
About you
- Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to manage relationships at all levels
- Have strong analytical, numerical, accuracy & problem-solving skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a large and broad skill-based team
- Excellent PC skills, especially MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Here’s what our process looks like
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview and deliver a presentation. You'll also meet some of our managers and our current Undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
